In the late 90's, John started his career when he joined the Navy. He served as a F-14 Tomcat avionics technician for VF-11 "Red Rippers". For nearly 25 years, he worked in the military aviation sector, while raising 4 children. During this time earned a Master's in Engineering Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
In 2015, John started making gifts for friends and family out of wood, resin, epoxy, or painting. Sometime in 2016, he built his first table in a small 1 car garage with a very limited selection of tools. That table, as of today, still serves as his family's dinner table. John's passion for creating artwork that is meaningful and acts as a reflection of the recipient, has led him to open RSW.
John has found that art, of any type, can ease the stresses of life and also acts as therapy. There are some disabled veterans who need a way to express themselves and RSW believes that by providing a place where the only limitation to that is imagination. RSW is a place where other veterans, with and without disabilities, have come to either help with clients projects or create their own works with the help of a community.

Heroes' Movement, a non-profit organization that helps our Veterans have a chance to connect and reconnect with other Veterans who are working to rebuild their bodies and minds in a safe and healthy environment that nurtures their spirits and provides the sense of community that allows them to thrive.
The VFW is a patriotic organization that supports the community of wartime veterans who have fought in wars and other military campaigns on foreign soil, water or airspace.
